Back to topBecause these files are only designed to transfer critical Proforma client data to next year's Lacerte Tax program, the files are incomplete and not designed to produce a complete or accurate next year's Lacerte Tax return. The files are designed to create complete Tax Organizers.
Back to topMost often, the files were bad or corrupt, improperly backed up, missing critical data to the process, password-protected, or locked. These files can be corrected for those issues that apply, and resubmitted. Please re-send only those unconverted files back to Lacerte.
Back to topIn most cases, conversion takes 10 business days from the date we receive your files. Large quantities of data files may require additional time for conversion.
