Each copy contains the same set of items to include, but by default, each of the copies is set up to include or exclude items based on the purpose of the copy. For example, the checkbox for the Client Invoice is not checked for the Government Filing Copy .
The Items to Print selections are divided into categories and items. Checked items within a category will print with that category, and checked categories will print when the selected return copy is printed. The order in which the categories and items are listed controls the print order for each return copy.
To access and print the Items to Print options:

To change the print order of an item (or category) in the Items to Print options:

You can open the Options by clicking the Options icon
on the toolbar or by pressing [Ctrl]+[O]. We recommend that you keep a printed copy of your settings for reference.
Problem: I cannot access the Items to Print tab in Options.
Solution: You cannot access this option due to access rights issues. See your network or program administrator.
