Slip Sheets
ObjectiveIn this exercise, you will print the keywords in the Slip Sheet templates for tax return folders, mailing envelopes, and tax filing envelopes. FactsAccess the Slip Sheet Setup and print the Keywords. Note where the keywords are used in the various Slip Sheets. Program ConsiderationsYou can use Slip Sheets with the mailing envelopes and presentation folders offered at www.intuitmarket.intuit.com. The Slip Sheet templates match the Tax Return Presentation Folders, Tax Return Filing Envelopes, and Client Organizer/Tax Return Mailing Envelopes. You can also change the content and layout of these templates if you want a custom design. You can change the size of the Slip Sheets generated with tax returns using the Tax Return options. |
How?
To access Slip Sheet Setup:
- On the Settings menu, click Slip Sheets.
- The Slip Sheet Setup window appears with a list of envelopes. The right side of the window shows the keywords being used for each type of envelope. Click each option in the envelope list and view the keywords used.
- On the Tools menu, click Keywords.
- Review the list of keywords.
- To print the keyword list, click the Print menu in the keyword list, then click Print.
Tips & Shortcuts
You can access Keywords by clicking the Keywords icon 
in the Slip Sheet Setup toolbar.
Troubleshooting
Problem: The Slip Sheet does not match the folders I received from www.intuitmarket.intuit.com.
Solution #1: Check the Tax Return Options to see that you have selected the correct envelope size.
Solution #2: Select the appropriate Slip Sheet envelope in the Slip Sheet Setup window, click the Tools menu, then click Reset to Default.
